I have been an Engineering Manager since 2020 and an Engineer since 2013, with a deep passion for technology and people.My current role involves managing a team that builds customer experiences for Azure Local product portfolio – Arc Site Manager, Azure Local, Azure Edge Hardware Center, Azure Stack Edge, and more. I focus on setting direction, solving design problems, coordinating team efforts, and fostering the growth and careers of my team members.I love learning new things and applying them on the job to drive meaningful impact. I am great at planning and always lead with an open mind. Inclusivity is at the heart of my leadership style, ensuring everyone feels valued and heard. I use technology to solve problems at scale, balancing innovation with practicality.Currently, I am learning to stay curious a little longer and adopt a more coach-like approach in my interactions.
