As part of the carve out of TransUnion Healthcare to nThrive, I have taken on added responsibilities related to the migration and integration of TU financial operations into nThrive systems.Very recently I led the migration of our healthcare vendors from TransUnion systems to nThrive\'s accounts payable process. This involved defining the full scope of the project, determining required tasks, testing the new process, and communicating the changes to all stakeholders. As a result, we were able to successfully complete the migration ahead of the service agreement deadline.
