Together with my husband, Texas Sassy Bees co-founder John, we began keeping bees in 2018. Our fascination with these amazing creatures has grown. We\'re passionate about housing rescue colonies and swarms on our farm and ranch. With more than 50 hives in four locations you can taste your way across Central Texas with our estate honey. Beekeeping is not glamorous. It\'s hot, sweaty, sticky, stingy work - and I love every minute of it. Which is why you\'ll often find me hosting honey tastings for local organizations or providing beekeeping support for (mostly) women who are discovering the amazing lessons honey bees have to teach us.
