BUSINESS AND TECHNICAL IMPACT • Defined the Technical enablement Strategy for FastTrack for Azure Engineering team helping 200+ engineers get credentialed to deliver Azure customer engagements. •Led the FTA Bootcamp for new hires that improved ramp up (>85% of engineers delivered 1st customer engagement within 30 days of hire) with >70 NPS. Innovated and developed a unique learning concept of using mind maps for technical PM readiness. The 3 domain maps Infra, App and data and accompanying the 1-hour video slashed the technical PM onboarding to 96.Led a v-team of Hub PMs to create eLearning modules for Professional development tailored to hub PM competencies • Led a v-team of engineers to create a shared readiness calendar to improve learning outcomes • Revised the strategy and Execution plan for the FTA Monthly and Quarterly technical review with leadership buy in to drive clarity on progress towards FTA KRs • Managed a physical on-prem Lab to help FastTrack engineers with 2x increase in scenarios executed,4x increase in lab resources, 3x increase in engineers use • Partnered with Product Group to plan and organize technical training for FTA engineers and PMs before GA (General availability) to support early adopters of Azure services D&I IMPACT • Actively contributed at the local FastTrack culture, via newsletter, Culture Blog and Culture spotlight initiatives • Co-founded the Azure Customer Experience culture club -a grass roots D&I effort and wrote strategy to help shape culture at the CXP team Org level. We exceeded the KR for club membership and attendees. • Partnered and coached other sister Azure teams to use our success model to kick start their local chapters • D&I facilitator for the Microsoft course “Speaking up in moments that matter” that is delivered companywide (Allyship learning path).
