Seadrill, an offshore oil drilling contractor, is moving from its Oracle EBSr12 solution to Oracle Fusion (Financials, Supply Chain Management, Human Capital Management, EPM). KPMG are engaged as the system integrator third-party partner.I am assisting the Test Manager with the UAT and Post Go-Live support phases of the program. The project is managed in JIRA; and the test tool is Zephyr Scale.Key deliverables and achievements:• Test Strategy and Planning: define and implement a structured UAT test strategy covering all Oracle Fusion modules. • Test Case Execution: assist the business to develop, execute, and manage test cases for the UAT cycle. • Build dashboards / create reports to track and report on test execution progresses for all workstreams.• Defect Management: track, report, and coordinate defect resolution with technical teams and stakeholders.• Stakeholder Coordination: collaborate with business users, system integrators, and project teams to ensure smooth testing.• Create presentations to assist the Test Manager obtain approvals for key milestones (UAT exit gate, weekly board presentations).• Post-Go-Live Support: provide hypercare support and drive continuous improvements in testing processes.
