Over the last five years at RXR, I’ve had the opportunity to help lead construction across two of New York’s most complex programs: 175 Park Avenue—a $7B, 3M SF redevelopment that will replace the existing Grand Hyatt Hotel and deliver new office/hotel/retail and public realm space while integrating directly with MTA/Metro-North connections at the Grand Central hub—and JFK Terminal 6, a $4B, 10‑gate, 1.2M SF terminal being delivered through a public‑private partnership. My focus has been guiding cross-functional teams through pre-development, design, procurement, and active construction—driving schedule and logistics planning, cost and change management, and alignment across public agencies, operators, tenants, and delivery partners. Building on a strong construction management foundation developed over many years at Turner Construction, I bring broad experience working with different developers, delivery styles, and stakeholder environments—an approach I lean on daily to solve tough interface challenges and keep teams moving forward.
