I am an honors student at the University of Dayton, pursuing majors in Computer Information Systems and Communication Management. I graduated from Lake High School in 2024.I currently work as a Student Ambassador for the University of Dayton, where I conduct tours for prospective students, answer their questions about campus life, and share my personal experiences to help them get a sense of the university community.I also work as a Technical Support Representative for the University of Dayton, where I assist students, staff, and faculty with technological support. I assist at the tech help desk as well as the call center, where I regularly work with Windows technology.I recently was the social media coordinator at Hartville RV Center Inc, where I managed all social media platforms, designed marketing materials, and boosted follower engagement for the company. With my graphic design skills, I automated and optimized the content creation and distribution process, resulting in increased reach and conversions.
