ABOUT CONOR NOLAN
I am a qualified corporate solicitor working in the London office of Latham & Watkins, with particular experience advising on private equity transactions, strategic M&A (including oil and gas) transactions, restructurings and general corporate advisory work. During my time at Latham, I was also placed on client secondment to Partners Group. Prior to joining Latham & Watkins, I worked at Irish law firm A&L Goodbody where I trained and qualified into the corporate team, and gained experience working in public and private M&A. During my time at A&L Goodbody I was placed on client secondment to Heineken Ireland. My previous education includes a B.A. and M.A in Italian and Drama from Trinity College Dublin, and I have successfully completed the Law Society of Ireland’s FE-1, PPC-1 and PPC-2 examinations. I am admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in both Ireland and England and Wales. I am a fluent Italian speaker having spent my Erasmus year in Bologna, Italy, and I am also a qualified sailing instructor.
