ABOUT NOLAN TULLY
As a personal trainer at Athletes United Sports Training & Media, I help lacrosse players improve their athletic performance and fitness. I design and implement customized training programs, monitor progress, and provide feedback and guidance. I enjoy working with clients of different ages and skill levels, and seeing them achieve their goals. I am a student at Saint Joseph\'s University, where I am pursuing a bachelor\'s degree in business administration and management. I am interested in learning about the various aspects of running a successful business, such as marketing, finance, operations, and strategy. I apply my knowledge and skills to my own work as a trainer, as well as to other projects and activities. For example, I recently worked for a local restaurant, where I demonstrated my phone etiquette, relationship building, and multitasking abilities. I also hosted at this restaurant, where I gained experience in customer service, communication, and teamwork. I am eager to explore more opportunities and challenges that will help me grow as a professional and a leader.
