   As Assistant Director of Athletics at Choate Rosemary Hall, I oversee seasonal athletic operations, including coach evaluations, game coverage, and administrative support, while also enhancing the visibility of Choate Athletics through initiatives like a redesigned website, social media strategy, and special event coordination. I serve as Aquatics Director, where I have led significant facility upgrades at the Larry Hart Pool and cultivated a vital partnership with the Wallingford YMCA, resulting in increased safety, programming, and revenue. I also coach the Boys and Girls Varsity Swim Teams, guiding them to historic success with multiple school records, championships, and a strong, inclusive team culture. In addition to my athletics responsibilities, I serve as Head of House in Lewis House, creating a welcoming, student-centered residential environment.
