ABOUT NOLAN REINHARDT
I\'m a High School Senior with a wide range of interests and skills that keep me engaged and excited about life. Balancing academics, the arts, athletics, and community involvement keeps me busy, but I thrive on the variety and opportunities to grow. Firstly, I am passionate about civic engagement. I am honored to have been elected the Boys State Governor of New York (2024) where I worked to get effective legislation passed for the betterment of NY. Additionally, I was selected to be a Senator of New York in Boys Nation (2024) where I was able to debate important issues with rising leaders from across the country. Secondly, I love public speaking and performing in Musical Theater. I am the two time winner of the Huntingtony Award for Best Supporting Actor in a Musical (2023 and 2024), getting to dive into musical expression on the stage. Thirdly, I am deeply involved in journalism as the Assistant Chief Editor of the Knight Times Newspaper where I get to share stories that matter. Furthermore, sports play a big part in my life. I\'ve been the Varsity Distance Team Captain for Track and Cross Country for two years now - and I\'ve been running competitively for three years. On weekends, you\'ll find me working at Urban Air Adventure Park where I handle front desk duties with a smile.
