Advise, implement, upgrade and train Administrators, Supervisors and End Users on Cityworks Asset Management (AMS) and Permitting, License and Land (PLL) applications. Update the Cityworks UI through Cityworks Designer, Cityworks Style and custom XML to provide greater familiarity and a cleaner integration for end users. Manage, maintain, and update multiple GIS, SQL and Web Application servers for our clients. Create, and document server network architecture diagrams and ensure security and backup plans are in place. Oversee the creation and confirmation of workflows to show how Cityworks can adapt to all users whether in the office and/or in the field.Create, edit, maintain, publish and utilize ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Online, and Portal for ArcGIS map/feature services within Cityworks to ensure proper integration and security between applications. Maintain GIS versioned SDE databases. Utilize Crystal Reports, Microsoft Power BI and SQL Server Management Studio to create customReports and Print Templates that adequately show Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) measures and all necessary fields from work activities collected within the Cityworks environment. Leverage Microsoft Power BI, ESRI Insights and Dashboards for high level data management. Update the Cityworks UI through Cityworks Designer, Cityworks Style and custom XML to provide greater familiarity and a cleaner integration for end users. Manage, maintain, and update multiple GIS, SQL and Web Application servers for our clients. Create, and document server network architecture diagrams.Support field workers Mobile AMS devices. Create training documents and plans to effectively teach in-person and remote training for Cityworks and GIS products.
