I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Integrated Business from the University of Central Florida, with a minor in International Business. During my academic career, I studied abroad in Seoul, South Korea, where I developed a global perspective and strengthened my ability to adapt and perform in diverse, fast-paced environments.I currently serve as an Area Manager in the Outbound Department at Amazon, leading a team of over 100 associates within a high-volume fulfillment center. In this role, I am responsible for driving operational excellence across cost, safety, and quality metrics. I leverage data-driven decision making to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and maintain a strong safety culture while delivering consistent results for customers.Through hands-on leadership and a focus on accountability and engagement, I work to build a positive, high performance work environment where associates feel supported, challenged, and empowered to grow.
