Providing CBT driven individual counselling and group treatment under the Increasing Access to Structured Psychotherapy (IASP) initiative. I am providing this treatment to clients with mild, moderate, and severe mood and anxiety disorders. This role has also afforded me with the opportunity to provide assessment and individual CBT counselling services to University of Toronto students through a partnership with IASP and the U of T Wellness Centre. This role has also allowed me to provide assessment and CBT driven counselling services to clients of the LOFT Transitional Aged Youth (TAY) program.
