About Nohelia Ramos
I am an education professional with experience spanning classroom teaching, special education support, and community-based youth and family programs. My work is grounded in relationship-building, equity, and evidence-based practices that support the whole child—academically, socially, and emotionally.I have taught and supported students across elementary and middle school settings, including students with IEPs and diverse learning needs. My experience includes differentiated instruction, academic intervention, progress monitoring, and collaboration with general education teachers, specialists, and families to support student growth. In addition to classroom experience, I have worked in community and nonprofit settings supporting youth and families through program coordination, outreach, and engagement. I am comfortable balancing direct service with planning, documentation, and cross-team collaboration, and I value creating welcoming, inclusive environments where students and families feel seen and supported.I am especially interested in roles that bridge education and community impact—whether through teaching, student support services, special education, or youth and family programs. I bring a calm, reflective approach, strong communication skills, and a deep commitment to student success and community well-being.
