For most of my career, I’ve been drawn to the messy middle of building companies.The stage where strategy exists…but execution is chaotic.Where teams are growing fast, but alignment starts to slip.Where founders feel like everything depends on them.That’s the work I love most.I’m a startup operator with 12+ years of experience as a founder, Chief of Staff/Head of Operations, and consultant. My focus is translating strategy into operational systems that create clarity, alignment, and momentum across teams.From my perspective, the goal of good ops isn’t to squeeze more work out of people.It’s to make execution simpler, clearer, and more sustainable.When strategy, priorities, and decision-making structures are well designed, teams don’t need to operate in constant urgency.
