As a technology leader, I\'ve been responsible for building development teams: finding, selecting and hiring technical talent to make the right match with each project.As a Managing Director I am focused on strategic planning, designing of annual and long-term plans, managing budgets.Hence, I am a final decision maker regarding tools used for development, external libraries, project methodology as well as more strategic issues concerning business operations and management.I\'ve been overseeing the development of innovative technological solutions in logistic, fin-tech sector: defining, implementing and monitoring IT projects in terms of road map, needs, tools, approach, work processes – from specification through development to deployment.I am adept at building BI products to optimize and automate workflow and operations in businesses. I enjoy having the opportunity to architect innovative software and BI solutions. I also like to explore some of today\'s “buzziest” emerging technologies and future trends such as blockchain, IoT, AI and computer vision. As a team, we are now focused on developing our expertise in machine learning and advanced data analytics.Achievements- I managed to set up an high-performing technical team from 0 in a small town and oversee the my development teams whilst working on many challenging projects- Working hand in hand with my clients, I discuss the design approach to architect large BI solutions to resolve increasingly challenging needs of the clients\' business- In the fintech market I delivered effective blockchain solutions, next-generation cryptocurrency exchange marketplace, building exquisite digital platform- Invested in, launched and lead a technology startup and raised the funds to continue further development, expansion and growth.
