I hold a Master’s degree in Healthcare Decision Analysis from the University of Southern California (USC), where I developed capabilities in budget impact modeling, health economic research, and healthcare analytics. Combined with my undergraduate degree in Business Administration (Accounting), this background supports a disciplined approach to financial evaluation, evidence generation, and strategic analysis.Professionally, I serve in a civilian role with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Sacramento District), supporting senior leadership through executive scheduling, district-wide internal event execution, administrative workflows, and cross-office coordination within a large, regulated organization. This work has strengthened my ability to manage complexity, engage stakeholders, and support decision-makers in operationally intensive environments. On my down time, I have been focusing on strengthening some capabilities, including pipeline tracking, clinical trial monitoring, disease landscape analysis, and structured risk assessment, with a focus on rare and neuromuscular diseases within the healthcare and pharmaceutical space.Earlier in my career, my experience as a Green Beret shaped my ability to operate in high-stakes environments, advise mid- to senior-level leadership, and deliver clear, actionable insights under uncertainty. I worked in highly integrated, cross-functional team settings, collaborating closely with the team\'s Intelligence Sergeant. This first introduced me to intelligence gathering, market scanning, competitive analysis, strategic synthesis, and delivering executive-ready insights that inform strategic operational decision-making.My long-term objective is to work in Healthcare Access or Strategy for organizations committed to improving outcomes for veterans and underserved populations. In the near term, I am actively exploring part-time or contract opportunities where I can add value in healthcare competitive intelligence with rare disease gene therapy landscapes, trial interpretation and payer-relevant risk assessment.
