Currently, I manage the entire interactive accommodation process for all JetBlue Airways crewmembers related to, but not limited to, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA), Maternal Protections to Nursing Mothers Act (PUMP) and Religious accommodations. I also review all leaves as an accommodation and provide determinations related to complex leaves in conjunction with a TPA. I ensure to maintain updated knowledge of all disability related state, city and federal laws across the United States including but not limited to Title VII, EEOC, OFCCP, FMLA, ADAA etc.
