ABOUT NOEMI OLTI-PASCA

A product-minded creative with a sharp eye for detail and a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, I’m highly drawn to materials and textiles—how they behave, how they’re perceived, and how they translate into durable, refined products. A graduate of the Institut Français de la Mode with a BSc in Fashion and Creative Industries Management, I’m currently pursuing an MSc in International Fashion and Luxury Management.Alongside my studies, I co-founded VIVRE, an innovative tableware project built around the repurposing of deadstock leather, where I worked as a tableware designer in close collaboration with the product development team. Partnering with suppliers such as ADAPTA Paris, I helped shape a coherent collection—from concept to launch—spanning table sets, napkin rings, coasters, candle holders, tablecloths, and napkins, with sustainability constraints guiding every decision and a strong focus on quality, consistency, and execution.In many ways, leather has been a common denominator in my path so far. Between VIVRE and Christian Louboutin, I’ve learned how much its \"living\", natural character shapes both creative decisions and quality outcomes. Beyond fashion, food is one of my biggest loves, shaped by experience in gastronomic environments and a passion for sensorial storytelling. With a background in art—particularly painting—I’ve developed a visual sensibility that naturally informs my decisions.
