Analyze policy related to youth economic justice, with focus on pre-apprenticeship and Registered Apprenticeship Programs (RAPs), WIOA Youth/the federal youth workforce development system, pending legislation, and emerging regulations and guidance.Work in coalition with youth and young adults, national and community-based organizations, policymakers, and advocates to push for transformative change and support implementation of new models.Coordinate New Deal for Youth Change Partners - adults who partner with our young Changemakers on projects ranging from writing legislation and voter guides to organizing grassroots events and painting neighborhood murals.Support goals for financial abundance through prospect research, developing proposals and concept notes, and assisting with grant reporting.
