Provides US GAAP guidance for intercompany transactions, including loans, contributions, mergers, and liquidations.*Certifies adherence to relevant SOX controls and interfaces with internal audit and external auditors for testing of design and execution.*Reviews draft versions of 10Qs/K to ensure accuracy of amounts and disclosures before filing.*Founded and facilitates Corporate Controllership’s “Team CC” virtual gatherings creating a forum for 30+ members to learn and bond through shared experiences.*Published technical accounting memorandums ensuring compliance with GAAP / policy.*Consulted on accounting policy harmonization stemming from HPE corporate acquisitions.
