ABOUT NOELLE MATTHEWS

Noelle Matthews is a real estate and operations leader with over 15 years of experience spanning property management, real estate operations, and customer-focused service environments. She currently serves as a Real Estate & Customer Experience Manager at Prologis, supporting the Portland market’s industrial portfolio, where she focuses on operational performance, customer relationships, and delivering proactive, high-quality service. Prior to joining Prologis, Noelle spent over eight years with Urban Renaissance Group, where she managed a portfolio of Class A and historic office and retail assets in downtown Portland. She led day-to-day operations, leasing, and financial performance, including capital projects and tenant improvements, complex financial reporting, and lease execution in partnership with ownership and brokerage teams. Earlier in her career, Noelle held leadership roles across both property management and hospitality-driven environments. She oversaw a unit residential portfolio in California and helped launch a real estate company in Baja California Sur, where she led branding, marketing, and business development initiatives. Her background in high-touch service environments continues to shape her approach to operations, with an emphasis on responsiveness, adaptability, and strong relationship management. In addition to her real estate experience, Noelle holds a Master of Science in Data Science from Willamette University, bringing a data-informed perspective to operational decision-making, reporting, and process improvement. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts from Willamette University and maintains real estate licenses in California and Oregon. Outside of work, Noelle is driven by curiosity and exploration. She enjoys experiencing cities through film photography and local food, runs regularly and participates in half marathons, and started a long-distance baking club as a way to stay creative and connected. She also volunteers with Make-A-Wish Oregon and is known for saying yes to new experiences, from outdoor adventures to entirely new skill sets.
