ABOUT NOELLE THOMAS

I’m a Clinical Nutritionist, Certified Coach & online-business owner who helps women end chronic digestive, mood, hormone and weight issues, holistically-despite diagnosis, years of failed DIYing, and frustration.I never \"cared\" about wellness, nutrition or anything of the like as kid-it wasn\'t until becoming very overweight, developing anxiety, depression and a life-threatening gut disorder that my journey in health began. Diagnosis after diagnosis, pill after pill-I wasn\'t given any means to actually heal or reclaim my health. In fact, with every diagnosis 1st felt like \"my answer\" only to leave me feeling more stuck.Force to leave in-person classess in high school, I turned to holistic approaches to health-including nutrition, mind-body work and functional medicine and believe it or not, I made a 360 with my health and ultimately my life.Now, I help other women globally get back in control and heal themselves from digestive, hormonal, and weight struggles in holistic, strategic, & non-overwhelming ways. I currently work 1:1 with clients virtually in my practice as well as educate online with courses and programs.
