I provide mental health expert testimony for immigration lawyers, primarily focusing on evaluations of hardship for waiver applications and for individuals in deportation proceedings. I am experienced also in providing psychological evaluations for VAWA and UVisa cases. I have had the pleasure of working with numerous attorneys in the Chicago area as well as attorneys practicing in other states.Additionally, I have spoken at three professional meetings for immigration attorneys on the use of mental health testimony in immigration law. In April, 2007 I presented at the Midwest Meeting of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. In March, 2009 I spoke at a seminar sponsored by the Chicago Bar Association. In November 2012 I spoke on a panel titled \"The Human Side of a Broken System\" at the conference \"An Ethical Perspective on the Accompaniment of Immigrants\" sponsored by the archdiocese of Chicago.
