Over 14 years at Google, I have advised Google’s senior executives in making strategic legal decisions for the Chrome browser and web platform (2B+ global users). Recent notable projects include counseling AI strategy and the launch of Google’s Gemini in Chrome. I have expertise in counseling platform software in compliance with global laws and regulations impacting consumer technology platforms, including data privacy (e.g. GDPR), competition (e.g. Digital Market Act), and copyright. I also have extensive experience successfully engaging with international regulators to favorable resolutions.
