I graduated from Southern Methodist University in May 2020 with a B.S. in Mathematics, a B.B.A. in Management, and minors in Computer Science and French. I have 4+ years of experience in the healthcare information technology industry. Over that time, I have implemented technology solutions for a range of healthcare organizations, including health and human services, post-acute, acute, and emergency medicine providers. Within my technology solution implementation projects, I have acted as both project manager and consultant, managing deadlines, project risks, and client relationships while delivering technical configuration, product demonstrations, super-user training, product validation/testing, and go-live support. I have experience working with a variety of technical solutions including the optimization of workflow pages within an EHR, analytic tools that visualize and aggregate EHR data, direct secure messaging solutions, and interfaces between EHRs and third-party vendors such as pharmacies, therapy providers, and HIEs.
