ABOUT NOELLE GRAVALLESE

I I began my career in 2005 working with at-risk youth in a residential setting—an experience that not only shaped my professional trajectory but solidified my long-standing commitment to service. That foundation led me into progressive leadership roles across multiple programs throughout Washoe County, where I discovered a deep passion for program development and operational leadership.Over the past two decades, I’ve cultivated extensive experience within Northern Nevada’s behavioral healthcare system, serving diverse and underserved populations, including individuals impacted by substance use disorders, mental health conditions, HIV/AIDS, homelessness, and justice system involvement. My work has focused on designing, implementing, and evaluating programs; strengthening operational infrastructure; and building strategic partnerships that enhance access, elevate quality, and improve outcomes.I am a lifelong learner and systems-oriented thinker with a strong interest in innovation within healthcare. I value authentic relationship-building, collaborative leadership, and a solutions-driven mindset—whether that involves asking the right questions to ensure services are truly responsive or leading cross-functional initiatives that move organizations forward with clarity and purpose.As a Native Nevadan born and raised in Reno, I am deeply invested in advancing the accessibility and effectiveness of behavioral health services in my community. While I am excited to expand my professional experience into California, my roots and commitment to Northern Nevada remain strong.In alignment with that commitment, I am also the co-founder of the Human Amelioration Project, an emerging mission-driven agency focused on creating meaningful, sustainable impact and giving back to Northern Nevada. This work reflects my dedication to community-centered solutions and long-term investment in the wellbeing of those we serve.
