ABOUT NOELLE GOLDMAN-JACOB

Noelle is a creative consultant with a breadth of experience in coaching, mentoring, training and organisational development. Passionate about people and their full potential, she works to invest in individuals, groups and organisations, and their contexts. The aim is to develop the clients own capacity to bring about deep change in collaborative, inspired, mindful and holistic ways. Her three main streams of work are: Organisational development - whole system, group, programme and projects Individual development - Coaching, mentoring and training Creativity, Wellbeing and Mindfulness - a whole person approach. Noelle is the lead consultanct and founder of p.art.nerships established in 1993. A specialist in Organisations and Change Management her knowledge spans Museums, Galleries, Media, Cultural Practice, Fine Art and Crafts. With more than three decades of experience in the cultural sector in the UK and internationally she draws on a depth of knowledge in cultural practice. At the centre of her work is a profound interest in systems, knowledge transfer and skills exchange, and in developing people.
