I am a seasoned researcher, director, and people leader with over 20 years of experience working at the intersection of policy, research, and practice to improve outcomes for historically marginalized populations. My work is driven by a deep commitment to advancing equity and improving outcomes, particularly in health, housing, workforce development, and disability service systems.As a strategic leader, policy researcher and evaluator, I specialize in designing and conducting rigorous research that supports data driven decision-making and informs real-world solutions. I’m passionate about translating complex evidence into actionable insights through reports, briefs, podcasts, and convenings. My recent work has focused on partnering with human services organizations and state agencies to transform service systems, particularly to improve health, equity, and employment outcomes for older adults and people with disabilities.I bring extensive experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization, mentoring staff, cultivating talent, and building collaborative partnerships across public, non-profit, and private sectors.
