Key responsibilities include-Supporting 120+ franchise partners and recruiters with daily operations, issue resolution, and recruitment best practices-Managing vendor relationships (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, ZoomInfo, Loxo), negotiating contracts, and driving cost-effective platform use-Leading strategic initiatives, including international expansion into Canada, the UK, and Northern Ireland, as well as franchise disclosure document (FDD) projects for new client acquisition-Maintaining accurate billing and platform expense tracking in partnership with accounting-Driving innovation by evaluating and implementing new recruitment technology across the franchise network-Coordinating national and regional meetings to strengthen community, training, and recognition-Partnering with leadership on hiring, onboarding, and training of internal corporate team members-Delivering clear, engaging presentations at company-wide meetings to align teams and share insights-Ensuring compliance through annual operations manual reviews and CPC certification renewals.
