ABOUT NOELLA CRESENCE

I\'ve never fit neatly into boxes.Which is probably just as well, because most boxes are built by people with clipboards, org charts, and very limited imaginations. But LinkedIn, in all its dropdown-menu wisdom, would prefer an “About” section. So here we are.I work at the intersection of creativity, technology, and human behaviour. Which is a clean way of saying I spend a lot of time figuring out why people do what they do, why brands say what they say, why most corporate communication sounds like it was cleared by legal, flattened by committee, and then left out in the sun to die.I work across brand strategy, digital marketing, storytelling, UX writing, content systems, and campaigns. Simply put. I make language pull its weight. I make ideas clearer, brands more human, and communication less irritating. Less jargon. Less theatre. Less “leveraging synergies” and other crimes against syntax.Over the years, I\'ve worked with scrappy startups out to change the world, global giants trying to look alive and agencies operating in that familiar space between genius and absolute panic. I\'m usually brought in when something\'s vague, bloated, overcomplicated, or written in the ancient dialect of business nonsense.I\'m particularly interested in the point where strategy stops posing for photographs and starts doing actual work. That might mean making the complex understandable, making corporate language sound like it came from a mammal, building sharper narrative systems, or persuading technology to behave like a useful tool instead of an overconfident intern.Right now, I\'m deep in AI, automation, discoverability, and the mechanics of helping lean marketing teams do smarter work without becoming joyless content mills feeding the algorithmic beast.I don\'t think marketing is just about selling things.I think it\'s about making meaning visible, preferably before attention spans collapse completely and we all wander off to stare at a different glowing rectangle. So if you\'re building something ambitious, thoughtful, messy, complex, or hard to explain without resorting to a diagram and a minor existential crisis, that\'s usually where I come in.And if you enjoy conversations about the future of tech, creative strategy, systems thinking, or why women\'s sport continues to be wildly undervalued by people who mistake neglect for lack of merit, we\'ll probably get along.
