I am truly proud to contribute to this journey by shaping the workforce that drives Westpac’s future.As a senior leader, I’m responsible for leading a Recruitment Experience team focussed on strategic delivery of recruitment services across permanent, contingent, and third-party vendor sourcing for Technology, Transformation, Communications (PMO, Delivery, Business Analysis, Simplification & Change), and Digital, transforming the way we deliver by focusing building great relationships across all levels of the business while delivering consistent, high-quality service to hiring managers, aligned with workforce planning and cost optimisation.My remit includes om/offshore strategic sourcing (permanent, contract & 3rd Party), candidate experience, manager capability uplift, recruitment transformation, early career pathways, and outplacement support. I partner with HR and senior business leaders to forecast workforce needs, manage talent pipelines, and support succession planning. I also drive operational excellence through process optimisation, digital enablement, and data-informed decision-making, while contributing to defining our AI strategy for talent as part of the Westpac AI working group.Supported by a truly amazing team, we have delivered multi-million-dollar savings through agency spend reduction, vendor renegotiations and contingent-to-permanent conversions, helping retain IP and specialised skills while improving spend efficiency but most importantly, we have fun!
