Guides organizational growth, leads team of 24, and manages overall budget of $5.6 million- Develops new programs, including a community land trust (CLT), and workforce housing lending- Supports our real estate development team in developing single-family and multifamily residential and commercial projects. Negotiates public and private financing- Supports our HomeOwnership Center in delivery of housing counseling, homebuyer education, and loan programs that leverage modest resources into more than $30 million of investment in area communities and assists more than 900 families annually- Guides asset management of 250 units of rental housing and square feet of commercial space- Assists our Resource Development team in raising funds to support our mission- Maintains relationships with and meets compliance requirements of major funders- Develops partnerships with business, government and neighborhood groups- NeighborWorks Green Bay is an exemplary Member of the National NeighborWorks Network. The company is engaged in a variety of neighborhood revitalization, homeownership promotion, and other community development activities.
