Delay/Time/Update Impact, Extension/acceleration Impact Analysis & other schedule cause & effect analysis- Development, set‐up, implementation & maintenance of progress measurement systems for EPC including fabrication- Application of EVM, performance calculations, analysis & forecasting (SPI & CPI)- Collaborates with operations, clients & subcontractors to plan & develop baseline schedules- Prepares integrated Master Proj. Schedule based on the schedule WBS & proj. coding structure- Data manipulation, graphical reports & presentations, using various MS Office tools- Team building skills, supervision & overseeing team of planners, mentoring, orientation and training of proj. controls staff- Maintain a safe work environment & adhere to all Company policies & procedures.
