I have 5+ years of total experience. My core interest is to develop systems or product accelerators that add value and ease any tasks for a user. I have experience with AWS, GCP and Azure cloud services.What I do best? Collect and Analyse the Business requirements and build solutions from scratch by taking into consideration the time constraints and any other external factors making sure it\'s a win for the business and tech team both.I have experience of working with serverless as well as VM based solutions.My Expertise is in Python and Node.js for the backend development. As a software Engineer I\'m experienced in solving problems in the Media, Education, Insurance, Healthcare,HR and various other domains by building scalable and robust systems to tackle them.Currently I\'m involved in developing several Genai Applications using Azure AI Foundry and Amazon Bedrock.I have developed text and voice based advanced virtual agents using Google Dialogflow ES and CX. These virtual agents have been integrated with different Telephony providers like Avaya, genesys, twilio and various chat platforms like Google Assistant, Telegram,Websites etc. I have publised a research paper in Xplore titled \"Real Time Emotion Detection Using Deep Learning\". I have completed various certifications and participated in hackathons to keep myself updated and Hands-on with the new technologies.I am focused,determined and keen on learning new technologies.

   Currently working for a client on building a AI first Product using AWS Bedrock models and Data Automation to help the investigators solve crimes faster and effectively with our insights - Contributed to Intel OPEA open source repository with AI Legal Arbitration Agent Solution- Contributed to development of genai product suite that consists of multiple AI agents for various tasks that work independently with each other using langchain and langraph- Developed a Conversational AI RAG based solution using Azure gpt4o and Azure cognitive search vector store for Zensar\'s Website and performed hybrid retrieval using system generated meta data stored during data ingestion process- Primary focus on backend development- Developed a vendor data management system where complex business logic was implemented using Node.js, AWS SQS & MySQL using a event driven serverless architecture- Contributed to Frontend development using react.js integrated with graphQL apis- Developed a genai automation solution using AWS bedrock (Anthropic Claude 3.5 sonnet model) for a POS application- The solution is integrated with pdfplumber & AWS textract for the data extraction process of PDFs in German as well as English language- Ability to process native as well as scanned PDFs.
