Over 30 years of production experience mainly spent in the food industry. Twenty of these have been spent in a Supervisory/Management role. I\'m currently employed as a Production supervisor in a world leading dairy/ milk processing plant. I possess an excellent man management ethic and works to a very hands on style of management within the company. I have a great attention to detail and thrive on daily challenges within the working schedule, great communication skills and leadership qualities. Oversees the training of new hires and evaluates yearly performances of the shift operatives. I think as myself as a compassionate and understanding individual who delivers these qualities on a daily basis in the workplace. Great vision in problem solving and is dedicated to his role within the management team,A good computer knowledge including Excell and PowerPoint.Trained in company SWOP program,ERT,HACCP and also internal Audits as well as a fully trained First Aider.I see myself as a well organized individual who can think outside the box to achieve my own personal and workplace goals.
