ABOUT NOEL ROBERTS

I am an nationally experienced three waters leader who has worked across the public and utility sectors in a variety of roles including executive and management. My key strengths are, my talent for problem solving and my ability for innovation and improvements and efficiency in processes, my ability to motivate and engage people as well as turning the technical detail in to information all can understand.During my career I have primarily worked in the operational and strategic planning space, where I have had success in the water, energy, and public infrastructure sectors. As well as having run and managed ongoing operations in a variety of organisations, I have had the privilege to be involved with a wide variety of successful project work through my career. This has included leadership roles in major organisational change programmes, involvement with the planning and implementation work for significant capital investment projects, transformation and merger projects, championing and managing new technology implementation and change projects. In all these cases I feel my contribution to our achievements has been- An ability to think strategically while also operating effectively at the tactical level,(knowing where we\'re heading, and being able to make things happen)- My naturally open and inclusive style of leadership,(being able to engage and enthuse others)- A strong personal work ethic,(a willingness to do the hard yards when needed)- The fact I am a quick study,(quick to understand)- The many connections I have with in the water and waste sector both Nationally and Internationally- My ability to effectively lead and manage change (able to adapt and innovate).Specialties: Provide Technical advise, Change management and leadership, risk management, Emergency Management, Automation and Control Systems, strategic planning, financial planning, operational management, supply chain operations and optimisation, business development, customer services, project management.
