Serve as liaison between community and AT & T Foundation; administers local grant programs. Prior to each of the sessions, provided a brief overview and training session to the volunteers that had been previously recruited to assist with the event. • Facilitated escalation requests that were presented to me through personal contacts or community meetings and events from community stakeholders including elected officials and their respective staff members. Provided the necessary follow-through and follow-up to ensure that the appropriate high-level of customer service was received to ensure a fruitful conclusion and the customer\'s satisfaction.
