Beyond obvious efficiency, to transform the organization alongside our amazing humans. Over the years, I’ve worked across the messy middle of technology, operations, and strategy—helping teams turn ambitious AI ideas into products that scale and deliver measurable results. I’ve learned that success in AI isn’t about the algorithms alone; it’s about aligning technology with how humans think, decide, and collaborate.My personal belief is that AI should amplify humans, not replace them. At Agiloft, that philosophy is core to everything we do—keeping people at the center and making human insight a key pillar of how our AI systems operate.As Vice President of AI Operations, I spend my time building cross-functional teams, bridging data and product, and making sure our systems don’t just work—they work for people. My approach is pragmatic, human-centered, and allergic to buzzwords.Outside of work, I’m always exploring how emerging technologies can make organizations more adaptable and humane. I believe AI’s real potential lies in amplifying creativity, strategy, empathy and connection.
