My background includes 10+ years in health promotion, sales and marketing within the health and wellness industry. I have a Masters degree in Public Health, with a focus in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention and a Bachelors degree in Health Science. I have worked in various corporate settings ranging from smaller start up organizations, such as Ignite Fitness to one of the largest investor owned global health service companies with international operations in 30 countries and approximately 85 million customer relationships with Cigna. I am a mindful individual and conscious of bringing my fullest most authentic self into every situation and interaction I find myself in.
