Heading the Kerala Region for ESAF Small Finance Bank, ESAF Small Finance Bank Micro Banking Channel, and ESAF CO-OPERATIVE - Perfromance Management. Lead, mentor, and guide the HR team to achieve recruitment and HR operational goals. Allocate tasks and monitor daily performance of HR executives/recruiters. Conduct regular team meetings to review targets, challenges, and updates. Support implementation of appraisal systems and performance evaluation processes. Assist in setting KRAs/KPIs and track performance metrics. Provide feedback reports to leadership for strategic decisions-Talent Acquisition & Recruitment. Drive end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Ensure hiring is aligned with manpower planning and business needs. Coordinate with departmental heads for understanding role requirements-Employee Engagement & Communication. Plan and implement engagement initiatives and team-building activities. Act as a communication bridge between management and employees. Address grievances and ensure a positive workplace culture-Training & Development. Identify training needs and coordinate training programs. Track employee development and promote upskilling initiatives.
