I am a 27 year point-of-sale industry veteran, now working as a Vice President in the Executive Benefits practice at Vanbridge. I work closely with advisors and financial professionals. We work with executives, business owners, and their trusted advisors to design key person risk transfer programs, executive income protection, supplemental retirement plans, and key employee retention strategies. With almost 25 years of experience working for one of the nation’s leading providers of qualified plans, ESOPs, and non-qualified deferred compensation, I now engage with clients holistically, providing tailored solutions to meet their goals and objectives. I enlisted as a Private in the US Army infantry at 17 and left as a Captain years later. During my active-duty service, I earned a scholarship to the College of William and Mary, graduating with a degree in Biology and concentrations in Sociology and German. I live in Massachusetts with my wife Beth, and spend my free time in the great outdoors with our daughters and their families, and our dogs - think camping, hiking, fly fishing, mountain biking.
