As Head of Learner Experience, I am proud to be part of the Senior Leadership Group at one of London’s leading adult education colleges.In this strategic role, I’m responsible for shaping and leading the full learner experience journey across the organisation, ensuring that every learner is welcomed, supported, empowered, and heard. My remit spans: Learner Services – overseeing frontline operations including reception, application, admission, enrolment, advice, and guidance Bursaries and Financial Support – oversight of financial support provisions including travel, meals and concessions. Safeguarding, Prevent, and Wellbeing – leading on proactive and responsive approaches to learner safety, inclusion, and care Learning Centre and Digital Access – ensuring learners can engage fully through accessible resources, study spaces, and digital support, including equipment loan schemes Learner Voice and Engagement – embedding meaningful feedback mechanisms, surveys, focus groups, and learner-led improvements to shape college strategy
