Hi, I’m Noa MIT-trained full-stack engineer and tech leader who builds systems that scale reliably. I’m an impatient optimist and people-focused problem solver, always chasing smarter, more efficient solutions. Currently at Microsoft, I am tech-leading a new product for capacity monitoring for Fabric and Azure - helping customers be in control of their cloud resources.
