I conduct detailed inspections, resolve issues proactively, and communicate clearly with homeowners, project managers, inspectors, and internal teams to create a positive, informed, and stress-free experience for our buyers. By blending my finance background with field leadership, I support cost-effective decision-making, high efficiency, and consistent quality. Alongside my responsibilities in the field, I work closely with experienced Project Managers to develop the operational, scheduling, budgeting, and community-wide oversight skills necessary for the next step in my career.
