Collaborate with universities nation-wide to ensure proper funding allocation for Jonas Scholars and timely financial reporting.Manage the Jonas Alumni Council, including the application design, candidate selection, hosting of monthly meetings, and serving as a staff resource to the group.Design and write data-driven grant reports that provide detailed information on the Jonas Scholars program.Manage program monitoring and evaluation through instrument development, data collection, and quantitative and qualitative analysis to evaluate program effectiveness across the strategic goals.Update and maintain the Jonas Nursing website hosted on WordPress, utilizing plugins including Advanced Custom Fields, Connections Business Directory, and Ultimate Member.Design and maintain an online community for Jonas Scholars and alumni on HigherLogic, including community forums, a scholar directory, and event promotion.Manage the Jonas Philanthropies social media pages, developing and sharing content that aligns with strategic programmatic goals.Coordinate with the AACN finance team to monitor program budgets and ensure timely payment of scholarships and invoices.Plan and develop the biannual Jonas Scholars Conference, including conference learning goals and content, logistics plans, and event management.
