I’m the co-owner of the Parent and Family Wellness Center (PFWC), a multidisciplinary practice supporting individuals and families from preconception through early parenthood. Our team includes deeply caring, highly trained psychotherapists and prescribers (as well as trusted partner providers offering lactation counseling, sleep support, acupuncture, and doula services). Since purchasing the practice in 2023 (originally founded in 2015), I’ve led business strategy and supported a talented leadership team. In that time, we’ve achieved 2.5x growth through operational improvements, strong community partnerships, and a deep commitment to training, supporting, and retaining exceptional clinicians. I’m proud of the work we do to create a supportive, high-quality care experience for families during one of the most vulnerable and meaningful times in life.
