His work sits at the intersection of strategy, financial clarity, organizational development, and human leadership.Noah’s approach is grounded in early experiences studying sustainability and community systems in India, and in his roots as a small business owner. In 2006, he co-founded The Mill Fudge Factory in Bristol, New Hampshire, recognized by MSN.com as one of the top fudge companies in America. Leading that business through both growth and crisis forged his belief that strong management, steady leadership, and empathy are essential to entrepreneurial success.While running the fudge company, Noah earned his MBA magna cum laude from Babson College, the #1 school for entrepreneurship in the U.S, where he deepened his commitment to practical experimentation, action-driven learning, and real-world problem solving.Noah co-founded Good Roots to strengthen the food system by helping businesses build solid foundations in management, marketing, and finance. Today, he leads a national 40-person team and guides the company’s growth strategy, organizational development, and long-term vision.
