This includes processes like monthly Owner billing, trade partner billing, and monthly forecasting for project costs, general conditions, and general requirements. Responsible for trade partner buyout from pre-construction to construction. Responsible for trade partner coordination and scheduling of work to align with Owner schedule and Owner approved method of procedure (MOP). Responsible for project closeout per Owner specification requirements. Lead a team of 10 members for the multiple projects throughout the data center campus. Lead OAC meetings to discuss project action items. Apart of internal leadership team for data center client account.
